2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Our delivery time depends on the shipping destination:

5. Order Tracking

6. Delivery Information
- Doorstep Delivery: Our standard delivery includes doorstep delivery only.
- Room of Choice Delivery: If you require assistance moving the mattress to a specific room, please check with our support team for availability and additional charges.
- Signature Requirement: Some deliveries may require a signature upon arrival. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal of the package, the following options will be provided:
- Re-attempted Delivery: Our courier partner may attempt delivery up to two times.
- Return to Sender: If the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. In this case, a re-shipping fee may apply.
To avoid delays, please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
At Mattress Ocean, we take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mattressocean.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Our team will assess the issue and provide a replacement, repair, or refund as needed.
Note: If you notice visible damage upon delivery, we recommend refusing the package and notifying us immediately.
9. Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Order Changes: If you need to update your shipping details or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Once shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible, and you may need to proceed with a return.
