3. Shipping & Delivery

a. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
  • Currently, we do not ship internationally.

b. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Dubai & Abu Dhabi: 2-4 business days
  • Other Emirates: 3-7 business days

c. Delivery Charges

d. Failed Deliveries

  • If you provide an incorrect address or are unavailable at the time of delivery, a re-delivery fee may be charged.

a. Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer a 30-day return policy for mattresses and eligible accessories.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and free from damage.
  • Opened bedding accessories (pillows, mattress protectors, etc.) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

b. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

c. Warranty Policy

  • Our mattresses come with a 5-year limited warranty, covering manufacturing defects only.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper cleaning, or damage from incorrect mattress foundations.
